Applicant privacy notice

Wolf Den Leads uses application information to evaluate interest in an independent sales opportunity, contact candidates, coordinate onboarding, and manage the recruiting process.

Application information

We collect contact and location information, selected experience answers, communication preferences, referral and campaign source, scheduling activity, hiring decision, and recruiting status. A job-related score supports human review and never automatically accepts or rejects an applicant.

Sensitive onboarding information

After the recruiting questions, the secure application collects legal identity details, date of birth, sex, Social Security number, residential and shipping addresses, banking details, headshot, government-ID image, apparel size, policy acknowledgments, consent, and electronic signature. Sensitive text and uploaded files are encrypted before storage. Administrator access is authenticated, limited, and audit-logged. Sensitive data is excluded from analytics and recruiting CSV exports.

Representative device location

Location access is required for the rep portal. After you agree and allow browser access, the portal refreshes your location while authenticated pages are visible, including Dashboard, Academy and sales. Authorized Super Admin and assigned recruiter scopes can view the latest rep location, accuracy and acquisition time for order validation and system security. Only the latest rep position is retained, for up to 14 days; separate sale-location evidence is also limited to 14 days. WDL consent is saved to your account independently of those coordinates and browser permission. To withdraw WDL consent, open /candidate/location and select Withdraw WDL consent. You can also revoke browser location permission in website settings. Either action prevents protected rep access until restored. Collection stops on sign-out or when the portal is hidden; it cannot be guaranteed when the browser is suspended or closed.

How information is used

Information is limited to recruiting, authorized onboarding, payout setup, identity and background-check coordination, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Calendar booking may be handled by Cal.com. We do not sell applicant information.

Optional advertising measurement

If you choose Allow advertising tracking, Wolf Den Leads may share public recruiting page views and application-submitted or initial-onboarding-submitted events with Meta. These events include the event time, an opaque event identifier, a public recruiting URL, normalized hashed email and phone for matching, and genuine Meta browser or click identifiers when available. Hashing does not make contact information anonymous. Application answers, resumes, documents, identity numbers, banking and tax details, background-check results, signatures and private portal links are not included. This optional choice is separate from contact permission and SMS updates and does not affect your application. Use Advertising choices on the recruiting home or application page to stop future tracking. Events already delivered cannot be recalled by that switch. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days.

Retention and choices

You can decline optional SMS updates. Contact Wolf Den Leads to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Records may be retained when required for contracts, tax, payout, background-check, dispute, or legal-compliance purposes.
